Board of Directors

Mr. McMurry has served on the Southeast Corporate Board of Directors since 1986 and has held the offices of Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer. He has also served on the Board of Directors of the Florida Credit Union League. Mr. McMurry is President and CEO of PowerNet Credit Union (formerly Electricians Local 915 Credit Union) in Tampa, Florida. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and Master of Business Administration degree from the University of South Florida. In addition, he is a graduate of the Federal Credit Union Management Institute and the Southeast Regional Financial Counseling School. He is also licensed as a Certified Financial Planner.

Mr. Mitchell has served Southeast Corporate as a member of the Board of Directors and Supervisory Committee for more than 28 years and has chaired both entities. He is President and CEO of Army Aviation Center Federal Credit Union in Dothan, Alabama. He previously served as President of Florida Commerce Credit Union and as Assistant Manager of Tyndall Federal Credit Union. Mr. Mitchell was also League Auditor for the Mississippi Credit Union Association. He is a graduate of the University of West Florida with majors in management and economics.

Mr. Crockett has served Southeast Corporate since 2005. He is presently on the Board of Directors and prior to that served on the Supervisory Committee. Mr. Crockett is President and CEO of BrightStar Credit Union (formerly Broward Schools Credit Union) in Sunrise, Florida. He has also served as President and CEO of BSCU Services Corp., a CUSO owned by the credit union and as BrightStar's Vice President of Business Development. Mr. Crockett has worked as a Problem Case Officer with the National Credit Union Administration's (NCUA) Atlanta office and prior to that served as a Principal Examiner with NCUA. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and accounting from Rust College.

Ms. Jones service to Southeast Corporate began in 2007. Prior to her election to the Board of Directors, Ms. Jones served on Southeast's Supervisory Committee including serving as its Chairman. She is the President and CEO of UT Federal Credit Union in Knoxville, Tennessee. Ms. Jones is a CPA and has attained the designation of CUES Certified Senior Executive. Her previous work experience includes Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at UT Federal Credit Union, extensive experience in public accounting and work in international banking with American Express Banking Corporation in Germany. Ms. Jones is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of North Georgia College and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting and finance.

Mr. Fertitta was appointed to Southeast Corporate's Board of Directors in 2009 and also serves on the Supervisory Committee as Chairman. He is Chief Financial Officer of Navigator Credit Union in Pascagoula, Mississippi. At Navigator he has managed diverse responsibilities including risk management, electronic payments, information systems, and card services in addition to his accounting and finance responsibilities. He received his Master of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in finance from the University of New Orleans. He also earned his Bachelor of Science degree in management from the University of New Orleans and completed coursework at Loyola University.

Mr. Marquardt was appointed to Southeast Corporate's Board of Directors in 2009 having previously served on Southeast's Supervisory Committee. He is President and CEO of City County Credit Union in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He has held positions as Senior Vice President of Operations at Tropical Federal Credit Union in Miami, at Nova Savings and Loan in Lake Worth, Florida and Chase Federal Bank of Miami. His service to the credit union movement is extensive. He is presently a board member of Florida Credit Union Shared Services, Inc. and also served on the board of the Florida Credit Union League. He has been active in the Broward Chapter of Credit Unions where he was a Director, and the Credit Union Executive Society. Mr. Marquardt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Florida Atlantic University.

Mr. Tolar has served Southeast Corporate for more than eight years. In addition to serving on the Board of Directors he is also Chairman of Southeast Corporate's Asset Liability Management Committee and has served on Southeast's Supervisory Committee. Mr. Tolar is Senior Vice President, CFO at Keesler Federal Credit Union in Biloxi, Mississippi and oversees the management of the accounting, information technology, branch operations, member services and electronic services departments. He is also instrumental in developing the credit union's strategic plan, capital and operating budgets, and participates in numerous other credit union committees and initiatives. Mr. Tolar also manages the credit union's $300,000,000 investment portfolio. Prior to joining Keesler FCU, he worked in the savings and loan industry and the finance department of a large rural electric cooperative. He is a graduate of Mississippi State University, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in banking and finance.
