Supervisory Committee

Mr. Giorgianni chairs Southeast Corporate's Supervisory Committee. He is the Chief Operating Officer of Railroad & Industrial Federal Credit Union in Tampa, Florida.  Mr. Giorgianni oversees branch operations, internal audit, human resources and training, call center and many other credit union initiatives. Previously, he was manager of a finance company and started his credit union career in Ft. Lauderdale at Eastern Financial Florida Credit Union (now Space Coast Credit Union).  He is active in the Tampa Chapter of Credit Unions where he was a board member for four years. He has attained the designation of Certified Chief Executive from CUES. Mr. Giorgianni is a graduate of Johnson and Wales University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting.

Mr. Fertitta serves on Southeast Corporate's Supervisory Committee and also serves on Southeast's Board of Directors and Asset Liability Management Committee. He is Chief Financial Officer of Navigator Credit Union in Pascagoula, Mississippi. At Navigator he has managed diverse responsibilities including risk management, electronic payments, information systems, and card services in addition to his accounting and finance responsibilities. He received his Master of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in finance from the University of New Orleans. He also earned his Bachelor of Science degree in management from the University of New Orleans and completed coursework at Loyola University.

Jeanne Kucey was appointed to Southeast Corporate's Supervisory Committee in 2010.  She is President and CEO of JetStream Federal Credit Union in Miami Lakes, Florida.  She is currently Region III Director on the NAFCU Board. Previously she served as CEO of Retail Employees Credit Union and Vice President of Atlanta City Employees Credit Union.  She spent the bulk of her early career at San Diego County Credit Union where she was Vice President.  Ms. Kucey has served on the Georgia Credit Union League Executive Board and is an advisory board member and financial literacy facilitator for the ME Empowering Workshops which provide life skills and mentoring to disadvantaged women.  In 2008, she was honored to receive the Moses C. Davis Award for Professional of the Year.  She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in financial management from California State University, Long Beach.
