Chief Investment Officer, Doug Sexton
Doug Sexton is Southeast Corporate's Chief Investment Officer. He has close to 30 years of financial-services industry experience, including 17 years at Southeast Corporate primarily as a Portfolio Manager. Prior to joining Southeast Corporate, he was employed as an asset/liability management specialist for ten years with Southeast Bank, N.A., in Miami, Florida. His responsibilities included wholesale funding through issuance of negotiable CD's, medium term notes, and commercial paper. He has taught classes for Miami-Dade Community College and the American Institute of Banking, and has been a guest lecturer at Florida International University. Mr. Sexton holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University and a Master of Science in Management from Florida International University.

Michael Alexandre is a Financial Strategist for Southeast Corporate and has over 35 years experience in the institutional fixed income securities business. He began his career with American Security Bank in Washington, DC and went on to work for Freddie Mac, Oppenheimer & Co., Paine Webber, and Spear, Leeds and Kellogg. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. Mr. Alexandre has also taken courses at the New York Institute of Finance and holds NASD Series 7, 63, 24, 53 and 8 licenses. He is a past member of the Washington Association of Money Managers and the Philadelphia Fixed Income Club. He primarily assists credit unions in Alabama, Tennessee, N. Carolina, S. Carolina, and the western Florida Panhandle.

Tanya DeVlieger is a Financial Strategist at Southeast Corporate. Prior to joining Southeast, Tanya spent six years at the National Credit Union Administration. She spent four years as a natural person credit union examiner, specializing in capital markets and served as a Regional Capital Markets Specialist for Region III and then became a corporate credit union examiner. She also worked for a private CPA firm in Tallahassee for eight years. Ms. DeVlieger received her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Florida State University, and holds the Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) designation. She also serves as a member of the Association of Corporate Credit Unions (ACCU) Compliance Clearinghouse Committee, and has participated on various other committees with the ACCU. Ms. DeVlieger primarily assists member credit unions in Central and South Florida, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.
