Additional ALM Product and Service Offerings

With a menu driven service offering, members can customize the correct combination of ALM services that can be layered on to the base corpAnalytics modeling service.  Southeast can simply provide access to an ALM model or become your ALM partner by providing the following:

Executive Summary

Southeast Corporate’s ALM professionals can interpret your data and provide executive summaries based on your model output.  Executive summaries are detailed analyses comparing quarter vs. quarter or month vs. month model output.  They are approximately 30 pages in length and cover the following topics:

  • The credit union’s interest rate risk position which includes Net Interest Income, Net Income, and Net Economic Value
  • Balance Sheet Analysis
  • Key Financial Ratios
  • National Economic Summary
  • National Credit Union Trends
  • Summary page that is excellent for board meetings
  • Major Occurrences for the current modeling period
  • Recommendations

The executive summary can be tailored to fit your credit union’s needs.  It even allows you to incorporate your ALM policy limits for Net Interest Income, Net Income, and Net Economic Value.

Data Input

Southeast Corporate further ensures the accuracy of your modeling by inputting the data into the model.

  • Southeast Corporate will input your data for you into the modeling software (Data Capture 5.30 or equivalent) provided by FIMAC Solutions, LLC.  This allows Southeast’s seasoned professionals to manage the data input process to ensure data integrity throughout the modeling process.

ALM Advisory

Southeast Corporate can also assist in other ALM functions.  The ALM Advisory service includes the following:

  • Quarterly ALCO Participation (via phone)
  • Annual Board/Management Training
  • Annual ALM Policy Review
  • “What if” analysis
  • Reduced pricing on other ALM services
