Business Analyst The Business Analyst is responsible for a full range of activities which ensure the operational effectiveness and excellence of the business unit. The Business Analyst will serve as a conduit between all departments, vendors and member credit unions facilitating communication and interaction. The Business Analyst will have the overall responsibility for the successful planning, monitoring, controlling and executing all aspects of assigned projects from original concept to final implementation.
Successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance or equivalent experience with two to five years of similar or related analyst experience. Formal presentation skills are required. Budgeting and analytical skills are required along with excellent project management and leadership skills. Must have excellent communication skills and be able to work with multiple personalities.
Member Relationship Manager In this position you will sell and increase usage of products and services to both current and prospective credit union members through maintenance and enhancement of relationships with key credit union decision-makers. Will regularly call on existing and potential members to determine needs, prepare and present proposals, and take action to resolve member concerns with product and service offerings. Responsibilities include assisting in training /sales seminars and attending credit union functions such as chapter meetings, trade shows and conventions.
This position requires education equivalent to a college degree and 5 to 10 years of similar experience. A strong aptitude for consultative selling and service with knowledge of marketing financial services preferred. A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel independently needed as this position requires a substantial amount of travel.
