Facilities Administrator
This position will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of facility operations by performing a wide variety of tasks related to the maintenance and operation of Southeast Corporate’s headquarters building and grounds. The facilities administrator will help with coordinating outside vendors and in-house services. This position will assist in ordering and maintaining supplies necessary for efficient office operations; receiving, sorting and distributing daily incoming mail and preparing outgoing mail; and preparing print jobs on a centralized printer. This facilities team member will also assist with the following: monitoring preventative maintenance of office equipment and company vehicles, space utilization, and housekeeping duties including preparing conference rooms for meetings and restoring them to pre-meeting condition. This position holder will have the awareness of and ability to execute procedures intended to meet OSHA and local government standards and organizational practices.

The ideal candidate will have at least a high school degree and six months to two years of similar or related experience and will have office experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Position requires ability to work in a high paced office environment, demonstrate initiative to follow-through, complete assignments and follow-up on projects. A high level of integrity, excellent communication skills, ability to prioritize multiple tasks and the ability to think independently are essential. This position will require overtime without notice, a high energy level on a daily basis and the ability to stand for several hours each day and lift up to 50 lbs.

Business Analyst
The Business Analyst is responsible for a full range of activities which ensure the operational effectiveness and excellence of the business unit. The Business Analyst will serve as a conduit between all departments, vendors and member credit unions facilitating communication and interaction. The Business Analyst will have the overall responsibility for the successful planning, monitoring, controlling and executing all aspects of assigned projects from original concept to final implementation.

Successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance or equivalent experience with two to five years of similar or related analyst experience. Formal presentation skills are required. Budgeting and analytical skills are required along with excellent project management and leadership skills. Must have excellent communication skills and be able to work with multiple personalities.

Member Relationship Manager
In this position you will sell and increase usage of products and services to both current and prospective credit union members through maintenance and enhancement of relationships with key credit union decision-makers. Will regularly call on existing and potential members to determine needs, prepare and present proposals, and take action to resolve member concerns with product and service offerings. Responsibilities include assisting in training /sales seminars and attending credit union functions such as chapter meetings, trade shows and conventions.

This position requires education equivalent to a college degree and 5 to 10 years of similar experience. A strong aptitude for consultative selling and service with knowledge of marketing financial services preferred. A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel independently needed as this position requires a substantial amount of travel.
