Membership Requirements

Southeast Corporate's requirement for membership equals an initial funding of 1/10 of 1% of total assets, with a maximum of $2.0 million, is required in a Membership Capital Account (MCA) for Regular membership. This is adjusted annually on February 1, based on the member's average deposits (not including Membership Capital Accounts and Paid-In-Capital), for a full year ending December 31. The calculated adjustment will equal 4% of the member's average deposits. A minimum of 1/10 of 1% of the member's total assets will apply.

Associate Membership is also available to credit unions who make investments with Southeast Corporate and place $1000 in a transaction account. To learn more about associate membership you can request a membership packet or call one of our member service representatives at 1-800-342-0203 option 1.

Complete this application to become a member of Southeast Corporate. Member capital share deposits are required to become a member.

Complete this application to open an account at Southeast Corporate as an associate member. Member capital share deposits are not required.
 
Membership Capital Shares Agreement 
This agreement indicates the terms and conditions for funding a member capital share account, and is required to qualify for full membership with Southeast Corporate. Full membership means you can take advantage of any of our correspondent, investment and liquidity services.
