Martha Dixie is Vice President of Member Support and oversees Member Services, and the accounting functions of member posting, member research requests and member account reconciliations. She began her career at Southeast Corporate as a member services representative almost 20 years ago. Ms. Dixie has worked in accounting, electronic payments and operations. She also worked on the development and conversion to Southeast's core processing system and Member$MART user interface. Ms. Dixie holds an Associates degree from Tallahassee Community College.

Email: sjones@secorp.org Steve Jones is Director of Product Support, Implementation & Training and directs the activities of the member support, implementation and training departments. In addition, he oversees education and training programs offered to member credit unions. Prior to joining Southeast Corporate, Mr. Jones was the ACH manager for Florida Capital Bank in Jacksonville, Florida. He has also been a training manager at Convergys Corporation in Jacksonville, and was a Navy Command Master Chief aboard several commands in the U.S. Navy. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration from Saint Leo University and has earned certifications as an Accredited ACH Professional, (AAP), and Certificate of Completion for Instructional Systems & Design from the University of North Florida and the Payments Institute Certificate of Achievement (NACHA)
