OnDemand
Southeast Corporate's OnDemand Internet tool makes it convenient to manage share draft functions and helps minimize your costs. Software and training are provided free to members of Southeast Corporate. With OnDemand you have secure, password protected online access to:

Image Depot
Image Depot is a software application that allows you to search, retrieve and work with archived check images. Image Depot comes in two formats, Internet Image Depot and Image Depot Express. Internet Image Depot, as the name implies, is the Internet based version of the product. Users of Image Depot Express can download their share draft images via secure FTP access. By using Image Depot you can not only provide timely service to members requesting share draft images, but save time doing it.

File Transfer
The file transfer function offers several valuable options for managing your share draft operation. File transfer, also called Host to Host, is an option for automating your return item processing through your current data processing system. With this option, your daily exception report is used to indicate which exception items will be paid and which will be returned. An electronic file of the items to be returned is created by your data processor and transmitted to Southeast Corporate for further processing. Other options with file transfer include sending daily file totals to you via file transfer and allowing you to provide share draft images to your members via your home banking software. File transfer saves your staff time because there is no need to re-key data and errors are eliminated.
