As a Southeast Corporate member, you are the most important aspect of our business. For that reason, Southeast Corporate has created a three-tiered Business Development Department to offer the most specific assistance possible to all of our members. We’re confident you will find that our experienced, knowledgeable staff provides only the highest level of service.

Southeast’s Business Development Department is organized as follows:

• Member Relationship Managers (MRMs) — These are the initial point of contact for new and prospective members, or members who wish to inquire about purchasing a product or service offered by Southeast Corporate. (MRMs are assigned according to the member’s geographic area; please see the list inside to determine which MRM can help you with your product or service needs.)
  
  
• Product Support and Implementation — Members with technical questions regarding a specific Southeast Corporate product or service can get the answers they need by contacting our Product Support and Implementation team.
  
  
• Member Services Center — Our Member Service Representatives perform the ongoing, day-to-day transactional requests or research requests related to a member’s statement, overnight account, wire transfer or other request.
